A VIBRANT SIXTH FORM WHERE DEDICATED STAFF HELP GUIDE STUDENTS ON THEIR PATH TO A FUTURE OF SUCCESS AND ACADEMIC ACHIEVEMENT

Hagley Sixth Form

WITH a vibrant new sixth form block, outstanding pastoral care, mentoring, enrichment, and academic results to rival all others, there really has never been a better time to join Hagley Catholic High School Sixth Form.

As part of Emmaus Multi-Academy Company, Hagley Sixth Form runs on the principles of high academic achievement and progress, individualised and personalised pastoral care, enrichment programmes for all and a commitment through the values of faith, to serve one another and our wider community.

Our mission is built around the value of being one family, always striving for our personal best and learning to live and learn to be better each and every day, guided by the virtues of faith that include the key values of love, generosity, wisdom, attentiveness, curiosity, hopefulness, truth, compassion and learned.

Hagley Sixth Form is universal and unique, everyone is welcome, and all students can be sure of the commitment they will receive from the school community to guide them on their path to a future of success and academic achievement. Hagley has excellent transport links and is located on the main train line from Worcester to Birmingham making it an ideal choice for our wider community.

We have a dedicated and specialised staff body with a number of post-16 specialists leading a wide range of subjects and courses, from some of the more traditional A-levels of English, maths all three sciences, history and geography to art, business, psychology, sociology, criminology, computer science, sports science, and music technology to name just a few.

A key part of our offer is our enrichment programme on Wednesday afternoons, and all students are encouraged to engage in this.

Students are also offered individual support when choosing their options post 18, whether it be further study at university or help applying for prestigious apprenticeship programmes.

From September 2021 Hagley Sixth Form will have new student-focused facilities, with a new common room, study centre and suite of PCs, and sixth form classrooms separate from the rest of the school community.
