Juniper Training is proud to support young people across the West Midlands in taking their first steps towards a successful career. Our pre-apprenticeship programmes are designed for young people aged 16–18 (up to 25 with an Education, Health and Care Plan). These programmes provide a supportive and engaging learning environment where students can develop essential skills, gain real-world experience, and build the confidence needed to succeed in today’s competitive job market.

With training centres located in Aldridge (roofing), Brierley Hill, Chesterfield, Derby, Leicester, Leeds, Telford, Walsall (SEND), and Wolverhampton, learners have access to high-quality training close to home. In addition, our Juniper Sports Programme operates in locations including Telford, Hednesford and Oldbury, as well as other areas across the UK.

Our programmes offer the opportunity to improve Maths and English where required, while exploring hands-on vocational pathways such as Customer Service, Childcare, Roofing and more. Alongside this, our Workskills training helps learners build confidence, develop employability skills, and prepare for the workplace.
