COLLEGE’S BRAND NEW STATE-OF-THE-ART SIXTH FORM CAMPUS ENJOYS A TOWN CENTRE LOCATION, BESPOKE FACILITIES, A VARIED CURRICULUM AND A VIBRANT COMMUNITY.

From September 2026, Telford College’s A-level courses will be delivered from a brand-new Telford 6th building in the heart of the Telford Town Centre’s Station Quarter. The self-contained setting will have innovative science labs for physics, biology and chemistry, a drama studio, arts studio, and much more. Telford 6th also has a range of different study areas, from a bespoke library for quiet independent study to more communal spaces that encourage collaboration and group work.

The curriculum offers 25 different study pathways, with a growing range of A-levels across STEM, Creative, Business, Humanities and Social Sciences. New courses being added to the curriculum include film studies and medical science.

As part of the college’s existing vibrant and inclusive community, students will benefit from a range of enrichment activities including weekly sessions debating current affairs topics, state-of-the-art digital teaching equipment, a laptop loan service, high street coffee brands, and the opportunity to lead our own student council.

Each student has a dedicated tutor and access to a wellbeing team, ensuring both academic progress and personal development are supported. There is also a dedicated careers team.

The campus is easily accessible by bus, train, car, bike and on foot. It is a five-minute walk from Telford Central train station and a nine-minute walk from Telford Bus Station. Telford Central train station also has a bus stop closer to Telford 6th. The college runs a dedicated coach network serving Telford 6th, including pick-up points in locations such as Worfield, Bridgnorth, Much Wenlock, Priorslee, Shifnal, South Telford, Broseley and Newport.
